About Our Guacamole and Chips

Guacamole only works when the avocados are right and the lime is fresh, so we make ours in small batches through the day instead of holding a big bowl in the walk-in. The result is bright green, chunky rather than whipped, and seasoned simply so the avocado still tastes like avocado.
